Western Choral Singing

ALL AGES

We offer individual voice training for children aged 8 and above and adults. Students learn the dynamics of voice production, tonality, pitch, resonance, breath support, and other singing techniques and explore genres from pop, jazz, blues, rock through Broadway and music theatre.

Talented students are inducted into the Choir to perform at our annual Big Stage show at the prestigious Chowdiah Memorial Hall.

Individual Voice Training

AGES 13 AND ABOVE

We explore styles ranging from ballroom (jive, waltz, foxtrot, quickstep, salsa etc) to jazz, hip-hop and other contemporary styles.

Students are trained for the annual production on Bangalore's biggest and most prestigious stages which plays to an audience of 2000 members over two nights.

Western Dance

AGES 13-25

The sessions include academic capsules on origins of theatre and an introduction to various forms, exercises that train students in elements such as script writing, character analysis and interpretation, voice production, diction, delivery, acting techniques etc.

The end-goal is the annual production on Bangalore's most prestigious Big Stage (Chowdiah Memorial Hall) along with the Choir and Dance Team.

Theatre

AGES 6 AND ABOVE

Our students have been studying the syllabus for the Trinity and London School of Music examinations from Grade 1 through 8, and all who have taken the examinations have earned distinctions.

Piano & Keyboards

AGES 6 AND ABOVE

Basics of acoustic guitar and exploration of various genres starting from simple three - chord songs to more challenging pieces from pop to rock, as the student matures. Instruction is designed to help the student reach his/her personal goals as a guitarist...from accompanying oneself as a singer to performing onstage before an audience.
